5 HABITS I HAVE TAKEN UP AS A SOLUTION PROVIDER by Andrew Igbineweka

1.       I question every fling of emotion that wells up in me

This helps me understand my emotions and the purpose for every emotion. I do this when an idea pops in my heart. I am careful not to jump at any idea just because it gives me goose bumps. If I see a young person I really enjoy their company, I ask myself why? I investigate my emotions to ensure that the man is not just loving up on some stranger without any cause. I usually find amazing ways to connect with strangers when I investigate the thoughts and feelings I have for them.

2.       I write ideas down in my problematic book

So I once talked about a problematic book. Do you have one now? A problematic book is that book where you write all the problems that come to you as ideas. You also write the solutions you want to try out to help solve those problems. You also write out the new things you are discovering everyday about the problems. Recently, I had created a list of topics to teach just to help solve the problems that young people were facing when an idea comes to them. Do you also feel an overwhelming excitement in your belly when a grand idea pops in your heart? I do too. Some people interpret that feeling as a reason to run. They usually say they are ‘confused!’ But that’s not true. They are just overwhelmed with excitement and are scared about failing. They forget that when we all are unsure about events; we get that way. The same way, when we are anticipating a surprise party, we also get that way. Perspective about life’s event is key.

3.       I discover more ideological misconception when I am goofing around

Sometimes I make silly jokes with those around me. And when I am at it, I discover some misconceptions that some young people hold so dear to their heart. And then I begin to see patterns. The things that truly stop us from becoming more, are mostly exposed in idle conversations. I listen a lot to the unspoken comments and the shy thoughts and ideas that are hardly ever talked about. Somehow, these comes to me in idle conversations. And it helps me to position myself better to help in solving some deeply rooted issues that young people face.

4.       When I am not serious, I am seriously serious

Hahahahahahah! It is very easy for me to switch from goofing around to presenting a TEDtalk. When I get that way, my voice becomes…. I just become very excited that another opportunity has presented itself, for me to share and teach. I love to teach.

5.       I think deeper than I allow myself to admit

I think deeper than I allow myself to admit. Thinking is a great way to sharpen the mind. Any one that you know that is a solution provider is someone that has taken the time to think through problems until they arrive at solutions. Not everyone has the patience to think through problems. A lot of the time, we stop at thinking about the problem and complaining also. We never bring ourselves to the point where we can begin to refine our thoughts and drive at how we can conceptualize the problems in such a way that we arrive at profitable solutions.

There are a lot of habits I have taken up by reason of this path I am traveling on. It is really exciting for me to discover new things about myself. Sometimes, it gets scary, but then, we keep evolving.

Remember what I said about commenting on my blog post? Yes!

I see you still remember. So just for others who may have forgotten. You are to comment on this post if you have a perspective you’d like to share. YOUR IDEA MAY NOT BE VALID - HERE IS WHY by ANDREW IGBINEWEKA

You never know what you are worth until you start to care for others and truly show up with your ideas to make life better for others. It is really about others and what you can contribute to their lives. If we keep looking at ourselves, we will never be able to amount to anything more.

Now, let's use an analogy.

Everyone in this life is simply out, looking for ways to meet their needs. It takes you to decide to go a bit further, to be able to genuinely desire the good of others. It is not easy for us to zone out on ourselves and begin to think of the good of others. It takes love, to want to see others become better. The day you are able to decide to journey on this path, that is the day you change your reality to someone worth celebrating.

Now why is it that I am not saying that your idea may not be valid?

What I really mean here is that, if you hold back your potential and never really share your ideas or use your skill to contribute to society, nobody is going to know that you had some really amazing ideas. Just imagine how many ideas are lying dead in the grave?

Now, genuinely, some of these guys probably had plans to share their ideas, but they never did share. And we do not even know what it would have meant to the human race. You are alive, and now is the best time to begin to discuss your ideas with friends, colleagues.... Don't be scared that people will implement your ideas. Also be careful with whom you share your ideas.

WHen I first got the idea of GoABitFurther Africa, I had just received it in my heart but did not know what to do next. I shared it with my best friend. We just talked about it. I shared it with a couple other persons and voila! Not only did I get key individuals to partner to help execute our first project, I also was able to get people to register to take the training. Now, prior to this time, I had shared this same ide with some event gurus in school, but they said such programs would not get the attention of any student. They said students are very interested in entertainment.

My idea would have not been valid if I took their opinions and acted upon it. I probably wouldn't be sending your this blog post right now. But because I stayed through and found the right ears to share the ideas with, I was able to get sponsors, registrants, trainers, and a team that contributed to the success of the event.

The only way to find our your potential is to dare to plan and execute those ideas coming to you.

If you do not do this, you will never know the potential that that idea holds and how it can change your life forever. Should I tell you how much money I have been able to make just in this COVID ERA? That one is not even compared to the impact and influence. Don't hold back. If you aren't sure how to implement your ideas, you have four ways you can work with us at GoABitFurther Africa. Just send me a direct message.

Remember what I said about this:

You have the opportunity to ask me questions, and I will convert your questions to answers and make a blog post out of it.

You will also share with others so we can both get young people around the world to embrace their unique ideas and get started with those ideas, where they are, just like I did.

With Love,

Andrew Igbineweka

YOUR IDEA IS VALID AND HERE IS WHY by Andrew Igbineweka

Usually when an idea comes to you, you become uncomfortable. Some young people say they are confused, but that is usually not true. I think this is one of the reasons we need to teach emotional intelligence. This will help young people become clear on the emotions they feel and be able to interpret these emotions to their advantage.

Usually, when we are starting out on a new path, we are bound to feel a bit of agitation as our mind has not yet accepted the new path. Also, because we switch to flight mode when we are uncertain about situations, we tend to feel nervous. This is normal and shouldn't make you run away from implementing your ideas.

When a you conceive an idea, it is simply the universe saying to you that it is time to change. This is because your idea is here to make you take on a new shape. You need to become the person that can execute that idea. This means you will need to acquire new set of skills, new set of relationships and new a new mindset. You would definitely become a new person after all these has been acquired by you.

HERE IS WHY YOUR IDEA IS VALID

When an idea comes to you, it means you are relevant to the change that should happen in the society. It means that you have something to contribute. This idea doesn't have to be about starting a business or social impact project alone. If you have an idea that makes an existing business or project better, that is also a valid idea. I usually tell my mentees that there are some ideas that come to you that aren't necessarily for you to implement. These ideas are to be shared to make the work that others are doing, better!

There are many reasons why your idea is valid, but I don;t intend to make this post long.

I want to use this month to give you value on this blog. I will share as much as I can.

This is how we are going to relate here:

After you read this post, if you have something to say about it, leave me a comment. But more importantly, I want you to leave me questions. I will write an article on your questions and post it here and you will be able to grow and become more by reading these.

Also, share the link to the post with your friends so we can together contribute to the growth of another person.

I love you!

Andrew Igbineweka,

I want to help you start where you are, like I did.

Now, go ahead and leave me your comments and questions.

HOW TO SELL YOUR PRODUCTS WITHOUT SELLING:

Okay, since we became family members here, I noticed that some have tried to put up sales copies here and have noticed that their posts were deleted.

This post was written originally for my Community, GoABitFurther - bit.ly/GoABitFurther

Do you know what a sales copy is?

A piece of writing that is intended to sell a product or service.

Because we are family members and I want us to not only learn skills but also make profits from our skills, I have taken the pain of putting this together to teach you HOW TO SELL WITHOUT SELLING.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

You shouldn't enter people's house (community) and try to sell your products without prior permission from the Community Leader.

Desist from this.

You also want to build raport so you can increase your sales and visibility.

People need to know what you are about. Also, they need to be able to see that you have sense to not market your products on someone else's page without contributing value to the page and it's viewers/members.

So how do you politely enter people's houses and sell without offending the Leaders?

You must understand that money (profit) flows in the direction of value.

What you need might not be money. It might be influence. Influence comes to valuable people; people that go out value to people.

You cannot come here and try to sell your products when you haven't contributed to the growth of the platform or it's members.

The mission we hope to achieve by this platform, is to educate, expose and equip you with relevant skills to strategically position you for success in the work space.

For example:

You sell tomatoes and you want to make a post here.

Tell us about your experience selling tomatoes alongside attending classes.

This will not only make us KNOW YOU, LIKE YOU, AND TRUST YOU, but it will also indirectly advertise what you do. Soon, customers will begin to contact you via inbox to do business with you.

It will also teach us what we need to know about doing business. You have in a way, contributed to the mission of the community - to educate, expose and equip...

The fact that you chose to sell tomatoes as a student in the university, shows that you are a diligent and driven person. We all can relate with the struggles you go through. And this informs our decision to even contribute to your hustle as well as tell others to buy from you.

Did I make sense?

Why You Should Write Consistently by Andrew Igbineweka

Writing has been in existence for a long time and as a writer or one that aspires to be one, I know bugging you with history will not get you any closer to getting the desired results you want.

Why You Should Take Personal Branding Seriously by Andrew Igbineweka

I still don't understand why it is hard to communicate the importance of personal branding to students and young entrepreneurs.

Embittered - Ademola Adekola

Oh No !!!

Brothers and Sisters, have you not now seen how we awake to the call of pain brewed by conspiracies and propagandas?

Have you not now seen how the dawning of a new day brings us conspiracies propagated by the elites united only by class and interest in a country almost far beyond redemption; a country of rehearsed political saga and melo-drama?
