 The foundation is a Children/Youth Empowerment Ministry in Music/Multimedia Productions and features the underlisted:

* MUSIC/FILM SCHOOL
* COMPUTER/ICT SCHOOL
* MINISTERIAL TRAINING
* CONCERTS/CRUSADES/EVANGELISM
* CHILDREN/YOUTH EDUCATION
* SOCIAL/COMMUNITY WELFARE
* RESEARCH/DEVELOPMENT 

The foundation holds a monthly praise and worship concert every 1st Sunday of the month. The concert features both veteran and upcoming artistes from around Nigeria.
