You know a movie is going to be hot when it has already trended on Twitter before its launch! Lunch Time Heroes, the eagerly awaited movie by Seyi Babatope is set to hit the Filmhouse cinemas this Friday the 28th of August. 


Anticipation is at a fever high as this movie would be a first of its kind in Nigeria! The movie features Nollywood’s finest such as Dakore Egbuson, Omoni Oboli, Bikiya Graham Douglas, Diana Yekini, Tina Mba and Tope Tedela and an array of child stars which will leave you teary eyed.

The movie follows the adventures of Banke Adewunmi, a 23-year-old National Youth Corp inductee who is posted to a prestigious Junior Secondary School for her primary assignment. It very thrillingly documents her exploits as she tries to win over the hearts of the group of extremely difficult children. It then takes us on a journey on how she uses of her passion for cooking to try to lead the children to glory in the annual Governors Scholastic, Sports and Arts Cup as she tries to win the prize money which will save the school from insolvency.
