7tips to end the #SNORING #HABIT - Thank me later

Snoring!

It gets really rough trying to sleep in a house where you are the one preventing others from having a good night rest. Stuffs like the noise you make that any rap artist can compose a song with, hunts you for a long time, maybe your entire life.


Have you ever been spanked on the head simply because you make crazy sounds while you are 
asleep?

Have you ever felt diminished simply because everyone talks about you when you aren't there; about your incessant snoring at night?

Have you ever been bullied at night because of the habit?

Have you ever stayed up at night just to make sure everyone goes to bed before you?

Have you gone on camp meetings where you were so scared to sleep; trying to prevent your snoring from waking others, you decided to do vigil while everyone was asleep?

Have you tried several methods simply to stop your SNORING habits?

Here is a list I want to advice you try:


1. Get bitter kola and Tom-Tom sweet. Eat both simultaneously
2. After 5mins, drink honey.
3. After five minutes, drink warm water with a slice of orange or grape.
4. Exercise every money for 20mins.
5. Sleep sideways.
6. Pray against it.
7. Most especially, you must have the consciousness of one who wants to stop the habit of snoring. With out this thought constantly craving your indulgence, you won't overcome it. Whatever you put your mind to, you can achieve. 


Some are hereditary and may not respond to the aforementioned but there is no harm in trying right?
