How to put your potential to work

Some people are too busy acquiring the knowledge to the extent that they get overwhelmed by the it. Once they become overwhelmed by these knowledge of certain fields, it tends to breed confusion. This confusion is usually as a result of not knowing which part or fragment of the acquired knowledge to put to work in order to attain profits. There is a log of information in our mind that even after acquiring, we still need to attend a school that teaches us to apply these clogging information to our lives for profits. The knowledge seem to clog our throat so much so that we become burdened by the same that is meant to unburden us of the yoke of ignorance. That is the more reason we still go for seminars and workshops just to acquire knowledge of strategies that would aid the application of the knowledge we have accumulated over the years we spent within the four walls of the university... our educational system is wired in such a way. 

Now, this challenge is the reason we have more unemployed graduates than we do, employable graduates. Those who come out from school with good grades are sometimes the ones that spent all their stay in school attending classes and being stuck to their books without attending other enlightening events on campus that would aid them to know the right application of the knowledge they are so dedicated to attaining. So they acquire this information but there is no knowledge of how to apply these information. 

There is the part of application that borders on wisdom. Wisdom they say is the right application of knowledge. But when knowledge is accumulated over a period of time and no effort is put into its application, it becomes a burden  and suddenly these graduates begin to use the knowledge to device means of making money by posing a social nuisance to the society. 

Now why is it necessary for one to put potential energy to work so it can become kinetic energy?

The application of knowledge brings out the purpose for that knowledge. And like Myles would say,  if purpose is not known, abuse is inevitable.

One must be committed to harnessing their potential and putting it to work. 

You may be thinking you have wasted all these years acquiring knowledge but not putting it to work. It is okay. What's the goodnews? You have now realized the problem and have promised me to pursue that dream until it happens. It will change your life. Turn potential energy to kinetic energy and you are on your way to a greater height.
